These Terms govern:

• Ordering and payment through Bobpay
• Delivery and logistics facilitated through Bobgo
• Returns, refunds & inspection windows
• POPIA compliance
• Liability & dispute resolution

2. Definitions

• “ilovenatural / we / us” – the supplier and website operator.
• “Reseller / you” – the business purchasing goods for resale.
• “Goods” – products supplied by ilovenatural.
• “Bobpay” – our authorised online payment gateway.
• “Bobgo” – our courier aggregation/delivery service partner.

3. Use of the Website

• You may browse products, place orders, and access business resources.
• You may not copy content, brand assets, formulations, product images, or code without permission.
• We may update content, pricing, or services at any time.

4. B2B Status & CPA Exclusion

• All transactions on this website are business-to-business unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The Consumer Protection Act applies only where the reseller meets the legal definition of a consumer.
• These Terms form the binding commercial framework between ilovenatural and the reseller.

5. Ordering & Acceptance

• Orders placed via website, email, or WhatsApp constitute offers to purchase.
• Orders are accepted only once confirmed in writing and payment clears through Bobpay.
• Pricing may adjust based on raw materials, supply-chain shifts, or market conditions.

6. Payment Terms 

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All website payments are securely processed through Bobpay using:

• EFT (instant/standard)
• Debit or credit cards
• Other Bobpay-supported digital payment methods

6.2 Payment Security

• Bobpay processes all transactions on encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
• ilovenatural does not store card data or sensitive banking information.
• Bobpay may apply internal fraud checks or request verification before clearing transactions.

6.3 Payment Confirmation

• Orders are fulfilled only after Bobpay confirms receipt and clearance.
• Delayed or failed payments automatically delay dispatch.

6.4 Chargebacks or Reversals

• Any chargeback, reversal, or dispute lodged through Bobpay remains the reseller’s responsibility.
• Stock will not be reserved or released until the payment dispute is resolved.

7. Marketing, Branding & Compliance

• Product descriptions, benefit statements, and therapeutic claims must follow ilovenatural’s official guidelines.
• No exaggerated, unapproved, or medical claims may be used.
• Only approved images, logos, and brochures may be used in reseller marketing.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, brand assets, trademarks, product formulas, and digital content remain the exclusive property of ilovenatural.
Duplication requires written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

ilovenatural is not liable for:

• Loss of sales or profits
• Courier delays or damages
• Business interruption
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Incorrect product use by end-customers

Our liability is limited strictly to the replacement value of the goods supplied.

10. POPIA Compliance

We process personal information strictly for:

• Bobpay payment processing
• Bobgo delivery fulfilment
• Account management
• Tax & regulatory compliance
• Communication with resellers

We do not sell or distribute information beyond operational partners.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governed by South African law.
• Disputes must first be escalated internally for resolution.
• Thereafter, matters may proceed to arbitration or court.

12. Amendments

ilovenatural may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
