ilovenatural Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, each order undergoes a quality assurance check before dispatch.
  • Slight delays may occur during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or promotional campaigns.

2. Shipping Partner

All deliveries are fulfilled through BobGo Smart Shipping Solutions, ensuring:

  • Reliable nationwide courier coverage across South Africa.
  • Door-to-door and locker delivery options.
  • Full parcel tracking and delivery notifications.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Region Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban) 2–4 business days
  • Regional Areas 3–7 business days
  • Remote or Outlying Areas 7–14 business days
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier backlogs, or local area restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R5,000.00 (South Africa only).
  • Standard Courier: From R95 (door-to-door).
  • Bob Locker Delivery: From R69 (where available).
  • International Orders: Not currently available due to cosmetic and therapeutic regulatory compliance requirements.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Track your parcel anytime via the BobGo Tracking Portal.
  • A signature or delivery confirmation is required upon receipt.
  • Failed Deliveries: Two reattempts are made before the parcel is returned to the depot (held for up to 7 days).

6. Important Limitations

  • No P.O. Box or Private Bag deliveries – please provide a physical address.
  • High-Risk Areas: In some locations, BobGo may limit or refuse delivery for safety reasons. We’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
  • Heat-Sensitive Items: From May to December, temperature-sensitive products are shipped with protective ice packs where applicable.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or missing, please notify us within 48 hours at orders@ilovenatural.co.za with:

  • Your order number,
  • A photo of the damaged parcel/product, and
  • The tracking number.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note: We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. Address Accuracy & Redirections

  • Please verify your delivery address before checkout.
  • A R150 re-routing fee applies for address changes or redirections after dispatch.
  • Parcels that cannot be delivered and are returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
