1. Inspection Period

• You must inspect goods within 14 days of receipt.
• Any defects must be reported in writing with supporting evidence.
  
  

2. Valid Defects — Remedies

If a defect is verified, we may:

• Replace the goods, OR
• Issue a credit/refund at our discretion
  
  

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or white-label products
• Special-order batches
• Products altered post-delivery
• Goods returned after the 14-day period
  
  

4. Return Courier Costs

• ilovenatural does not cover courier costs for ANY returned goods, including shipments routed through Bobgo.
• Return shipments must be fully prepaid by the reseller.
